Beef Tenderloin w/ oven roasted vegetables

Special seasoned, slow-roasted tenderloin of beef is baked until tender and served with a medley of roasted vegetables and gravy.

Sunday -

Roast Turkey w/ rustic mashed potato & oven roasted veg.
